Course Description

Technical acumen in work environment can be reached through the practice of the scientific aspects of life’s journey such as hard work in the subject of one’s liking, training and hands on skills. However, personality factors and traits that hold the key for a successful professional engagement are often difficult to groom due to their strong roots in the psyche or thought process of a person. Needless to convey, such engagements ignore the philosophical and spiritual dimensions of life that are critically required to cultivate and sustain factors such as positive thinking, awareness, self-management, creativity, leadership etc., This results in poor contentment, occupational stress, non-optimistic mindset that does not propel future work engagements.

Advocating upon the balanced cultivation of scientific temper, philosophical contemplation and spiritual wisdom, the online certificate course on professional excellence (PROFEX) aims to foster a holistic personality with application oriented aptitude and attitude in the work environment. Notable benchmarks in the delegates profile after completing the PROFEX course are (a) identification of psyche factors that critically influence or detriment a person’s professional skill set (b) tips and guidelines to renew interest in a domain not being liked by the delegate (c) excel in the applications of skills that are strongly rooted in one’s own psyche (d) identify all those skill set that are not comfortable for the delegate to deal with and optimally enrich those skills through the application of holistic synthesis model, (e) balancing professional requirements vis-à-vis personal likings and (f) becoming aware of professional environment and human resource qualities based on science-spirituality synthesis guidelines of Dr. T.
