Course Description

Reality based on experiential and experimental realizations refers to matter, life and their interactions. Deeper explorations of these subjects involve mature realizations in the origin and evolution of matter, cosmos, life and consciousness. The modern educational system that emphasizes upon rational perspectives refers to the Big Bang Theory for the origin of the cosmos; chemical and bio-chemical evolution theories for the origin of matter; neo-darwininan theory for the evolution of life and alternate physical (such as quantum) or philosophical theories for the origin and evolution of consciousness. The Certificate Course on the Nature of Reality (NR) will train a delegate to understand these problems from domain study based analysis, philosophical worldview and synthesis paradigm based perspectives.

Thus, a framework will be provided to catalyse the greater harmony between science and spirituality in the resolution of these most fundamental and unresolved issues. The NR course provides useful realizations for furthering the application of science-spirituality synthesis framework in the fields of the Origin and Evolution of Cosmos, Life and Consciousness. Thereby, the need for the consideration and integration of ethical, philosophical and spiritual foundations to understand the nature of the reality along with rational paradigms will be effectively taught in the course.  Henceforth, with a mature understanding of the reality, the graduates of the NR course will be able to have broader conceptualization and application of the science-spirituality synthesis paradigm and will be able to develop adequate skills in the philosophical overview and harmonization pedagogies in their domains of interest.
